Hey mate!

here is Ur answer

A quadratic polynomial is in the form;

x^{2}  - ( \alpha  +  \beta )x +  \alpha  \beta  \\  x^{2}  - ( - 1 + 1 \div 3)x + ( - 1) \times 1 \div 3 \\ x^{2}  + 2 \div 3x - 1 \div 3 \\ 3x^{2} + 2x - 1 = 0

Hope it helps..
