There is another method by using sum of the zeroes and product of the zeroes.

Given zeroes,

 \alpha   +  \beta  =  - 1

 \alpha  \beta  = 2

for \: finding \: the \: quadratic \: polynomial

x ^{2} \:  +   ( \alpha  +  \beta )x \:   +  \: ( \alpha  \beta )

x^{2}  +  \:  ( - 1)x \:  + (2)

x^{2}  - x \:  + 2
