$\beta = -6$

As we know ,

$=> x^2- (\alpha+\beta)x + (\alpha.\beta)$

$=> x^2- (2-6)x +(2×-6)$

$=> x^2 - (-4)x +(-12)$

$=> x^2 + 4x -12$

Therefore,the required quadratic polynomial is $x^2 +4x -12$
