X=3+root 2 (X-3)-root2=0 Also, X=3-root2 (X-3)+root2=0 It simplies (X-3)^2-(root2)^2=0 On simplifying we get, X^2-6X+7=0 Or Sum of zeroes = 3+ root2 +3-root2= 6 Produt of zeroes=(3+root2) (3-root2)=9-2=7 Now the required polynomial = K(x^2-(sum of zeroes) x +product of zeroes) = k(x^2-6x+7)
