given zeroes of the polynomial are -9 and 1/9

k[x²-(sum of zeroes)x+(product of zeroes)]

k[x²-(-9+1/9)x+(-9*1/9)]

k [x²-(-80/9)x+(-1)]

let k=9 then the quadratic equation is

9x²+80x-1=0

this is the correct answer hope this is helpful and please mark me as brainlist
