Let   \: \alpha  \: and \:   \beta \:  be  \: the  \: Zeroes

Given :

   \bull \:  \:  \:  \:  \: \alpha  +  \beta  =  - 2

 \bull \:  \:  \:  \:  \alpha  \beta  =  - 3

 \large \boxed{p(x) = \:  {x}^{2}  - ( \alpha  +  \beta )x +  \alpha  \beta }

 =  {x}^{2}  - ( - 2)x + ( - 3)
