Step by step

sum of the roots are

alpha+beta

=2-1/3

=-5/3

product ot the roots

alpha×beta

= -2/3

therefore

x

 {x}^{2}  - (sum \: of \: the \: roots)x - \\  +  (product \: o \: the \: roots)

3 {x - 5x - 2}^{2}
