1
sum of the zeroes=2/1=-b/a
therefore b=-2ans a =1

product of zeroes =3/1=c/a
therefore c=3a=1

We know that standard form of quadritic equation is axsquare+bx+c

therefore the quadritic equation formed is
1×xsqaure+-2×x+3
=x2+(-2x)+3
=x2-2x+3
