Step-by-step explanation:

Let the zeroes be à and ß

Sum of zeroes = 21/8

=> à + ß = 21/8

Product of zeroes = 5/16

=> as = 5/16

The required quadratic polynomial is

→ k {x² - (à+ß)x + aß}

→ k {x² - (21/8)x+5/16}

→ k {x²-42x/16 + 5/16}

Put k = 16

→ 16x²-42x+5

Hope it helps....
