So we will first make them like fraction ( make their denominator same)

-1/4 & -1/5 (LCM of 4 and 5 =20)

= -1/4*5 & -1/5*4

=. -5/20 and -4/20

Hence , between -5/20 & -4/20

( We want one rational no between these two no's so we'll multiply by 2)

= -5/20*2 & -4/20*2

= -10/40 & -8/40

Hence between -10/20 & -8/20

= -9/20
