A rational number between -1/3 and 2/5 can be 0 itself.

BTW, -1/3 = -20/60 (multiplying both numerator and denominator by 20)

2/5 = 24/60 (multiplying both numerator and denominator by 12)

any rational number lying between -20/60 to 24/60 is an rational no. between -1/3 and 2/5.

example -19/60, -18/60, - 17/60 . . . . . 22/60, 23/60.
