First take the L.C.M. to make the denominators same.

L.C.M. of 3 and 4=2×2×3=12

\large\mathtt\blue{ =  > \frac{ - 2}{3}   \times  \frac{4}{4} =  \frac{ - 8}{12}  \:}

\large\mathtt\blue{ =  >  \frac{1}{4} \times  \frac{3}{3}   =  \frac{3}{12} \:}

Rational numbers between -8/12 and 3/12 are -7/12, -6/12, -5/12, -4/12, -3/12, -2/12, -1/12, 0/12, 1/12 abd 2/12.

So, 1 rational numbers between -2/3 and 1/4 are -7/12, -6/12, -5/12, -4/12, -3/12, -2/12, -1/12, 0/12, 1/12 abd 2/12.
