⇒[(15+16)/20]/2
⇒(31/20)/2
∴31/40 is the rational number between 3/4 and 4/5.

convert them into like fractions
3*5/4*5 = 15/20
4*4/5*4 = 16/20
as they both are close multiply them again with 2...
30/40
32/40
rational number between = 31/40
