HEY....

Here’s ur answer... :)

Given: Find a rational number that lies between 3/7 and 2/3....

First take LCM for both the numbers....

3/7 * 3/3 and 2/3 * 7/7

So we get... 9/21 and 14/21....

Therefore... the numbers 10/21, 11/21, 12/21. 13/21 lies between the rational number 3/7 and 2/3

First off all you need to make denominators common to compare between two numbers. So,
  \frac{3}{7}  = \frac{3}{7}  \times  \frac{3}{3}  =  \frac{9}{21}
And,
 \frac{2}{3}  =  \frac{2}{3}  \times  \frac{7}{7}  =  \frac{14}{21}
Hence , a number can be

 \frac{17}{21}
