since -2//3 and -1/5 both are negative rational numbers so we can choose any positive rational number. And the positive rational number will not be present in the interval (-2/3 , -1/5). So we choose "4/1" which is position rational number. You can choose any positive number like 5/2, 8/4 and 9/7 etc
