energy in the photons = h c /λ
    = 6.6 * 10⁻³⁴ * 3* 10⁸ / (332 * 10⁻⁹ *1.6*10⁻¹⁹) eV
    = 3.72 eV

work function = 1.07 eV

Retarding potential to be applied >= 2.65 V.
