a - b = 3----(1)
a +b = 6----(2)
by adding (1) and (2)
2a. =9

a=. 9/2
put value of a in equation (1)

b =9/ 2 -3

b = 3/2

ab = 9/2 ×3/2

= 27/4

hope it helped !
thank you !
