For 4 kg mass:

T₂ + 4a = 4g  -----> 1

For 8 kg mass :

T₁ + 8a = T₂   -------> 2

For 2 kg mass :

2g + 2a = T₁   -------> 3

3 in 2 -->

2g + 10a = T₂   ------> 4

4 in 1 -->

2g + 14a = 4g

a = g/7 = 1.4 m/s²

Substitute a value in 1 and 3

T₁ = 22.4 N

T₂ = 33.6 N
