Find all the zeroes of 2x³ + x² - 5x + 2 if one of zero is ½

Answer:

given that one zero is 1/2

as(x+1/2)(x-1/2)

x square - 1/2 x +1/2x -1/4

x square -1/4

4 x square -1=0.

on dividing 2 x cube +x square -5x +2 by 4 x square -1 then, we get other zeroes.

But this cannot possible. so only one zero is possible that is half of the one .
