3x^2-5 = 0
3x^2=5
x^2=5/3
.'. x= (5/3)^(1/2) or x= -(5/3)(1/2)
for (x+1)^2=0
x=-1

3x^2-5 = 0
3x^2=5
x^2=5/3
.'. x= (5/3)^(1/2) or x= -(5/3)(1/2)
for (x+1)^2=0
x=-1
