It is given that

 {6x}^{2}  - 7x - 3

is the quadratic equation.

Now by factorising , we get

 {6x}^{2}  - 9x + 2x - 7

3x(2x-3)+1(2x-3)

(3x+1)(2x-3)

x=-1/3 , 3/2

hence found
