You should write one zero is +2 or -2.

In this case one zero is -2. +2 is not possible because if you put x=+2 in that polynomial you will not get zero.

Now if one zero is -2, then factor is (x--2)= x+2

Now divide the polynomial by x+2, you will get

x^2-x-6

Now factorise this by mid term splitting

=(x-3)(x+2)

So other two zeroes are +3 and -2
