find alpha + beta and alpha×beta when p(x)=x(x^2+1)

hey mate here is your answer:-

p(x)=x³+x

and it can also be x³+x+0

so, sum-

 \alpha  +  \beta  =   -  \frac{b}{a}

so,

 \alpha  +  \beta  =  - 1

and,

 \alpha  \beta  =  \frac{c}{a}  =  \frac{0}{1}  = 1
