Exterior angle of a triangle is equal to the sum of opposite interior angle..
Here,15'+(2x+3')=5x-60'
18'+2x=5x-60'
18+60=5x-2x
78=3x
x=78/3
x=26
so,2x+3=2*26+3=55'
so <ABC=55'

it is very easy question
15°+2x+3°=5x-60°
=}15°+3+60°=5x-2x
=}78°=3x
=}x=78/3
=}x=26
so, we can find ∆ABC

=}2*26+3
