The value of Angle B = Angle D = 104.

Given, a kite ABCD with Angle A = 88 degrees,Angle C = 64 degrees.

•Kites have two sets of equivalent adjacent sides & one set of congruent opposite angles.

In the question, the sum of these opposite angles are 88+64 = 152 degree.

We know that the sum of angles of any polygon = 360 degrees. =>sum of rest of the side = 360-152 = 208.

As the rest 2 angles(angle B and D) are opposite and congruent. The value of Angle B = Angle D = 208/2 = 104.
