Answer:

angle OAP = 90°{ radius and tanget form 90° at the point of contact }

angle PAB = 65° {given }

angleOAB = angle OAP - angle PAB

= 90 - 65

= 25°

\huge{\bold{ Solution}} \\  \\ since, \: AP = PB \: \\   therefore, \:  \angle \: PAB \:  =  \angle \: PBA \\  \\ here  \:  \\  \angle \: PAB +  \angle \: PBA \:  \angle \: APB = 180 \\  \angle \: PAB \:  +  \angle \: PAB  + \angle \: APB = 180 \\ 2 \angle \: PAB + 50 \degree = 180 \degree \\ 2 \angle \: PAB \:  =  180 \degree - 50 \degree \\  2\angle \: PAB \:  = 130 \\  \angle \: PAB \:  =  \frac{130}{2}   \\ \\  \angle \: PAB \:  = 65 \degree   \\  \\ since \: it \: is \: given \:  \\  \angle \: PAO = 90 \degree \\  \angle \: PAB \:  +  \angle \: OAP \:  = 90 \degree \\ 65 \degree +  \angle \: OAP = 90 \degree \\  \angle \:OAP = 90 - 65 \\  \angle \: OAP \:  = 25 \\  \\ so \: \huge{\bold{  \angle \: OAP = 25}}
