In∆ABC
Angle A+ Angle B+AngleACB =180°(Angle sum property of a ∆)
=Angle ACB=180-35-17=128°
Angle ACB +x=180(Linear Pair of angles)
or x=180-128=52°
Angle ECD+ Angle EDC=y(exterior angle property)
or y=52+52=104°
Hence,x=52° and y=104°
