The main point of difference between these two is that Religuous tolerance is more of a negative concept where you just tolerate the person with different Religuous beliefs than yours which kind of goes against the spirit of our Constitution, on the other hand secularism is more of a positive concept which means more than the tolerance of other religion and includes respect for their Religuous beliefs too this is aimed at fraternity and is in line with our Constitution
