 \huge \bold{ \underline{ \underline \red{required \: answer}}}

 -  \frac{1}{3},  \frac{1}{2}  \\

first we have to take LCM of 3 and 2

 \frac{(1 \times  - 3) , (1 \times 2)}{2 \times 3}  \\  \\ \implies  \frac{ - 3 ,2}{6} \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:   \\  \\  \implies  - \frac{3}{6} , \frac{2}{6}  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:

now, we have to find nine rational numbers between them..so multiply by 10

 \implies -  \frac{3 \times 10}{6 \times 10}   =   - \frac{30}{60} \\

and

 \implies \frac{2 \times 10}{6 \times 10}  =  \frac{20}{60}  \\

so, now we have two rational numbers

 \frac{20}{60} \:   \:  \bold{and}  - \frac{30}{60}  \\

so rational numbers between them are;

 \frac{19}{60},  \frac{18}{60}  ,\frac{17}{60},  \frac{16}{60}  ,\frac{15}{60},  \frac{14}{60}  ,\frac{13}{60},  \frac{12}{60}  ,\frac{ - 29}{60} , \frac{ - 28}{60}  \\
