Let’s take (x=1)

2(1)-y=4

-y=2

y=-2

Thus, 1 solution is (1,-2)

Let’s take (x=0)

2(0)-y=4

y=-4

Thus, 2nd solution is (0,-4)

Let’s take (x=2)

2(2)-y=4

4-y=4

y=0

Thus, 3rd solution is (2,0)

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation :

2x-y=4

2x=4+y

x =  \frac{4  + y}{2}

Let y=0

x =  \frac{4 + 0}{2}

x =  \frac{4}{2}

x = 2

Let y=2

x =  \frac{4 + 2}{2}

x =  \frac{6}{2}

x = 3

Let y= -2

x  =  \frac{4 + ( - 2)}{2}

x =  \frac{4  - 2}{2}

x = \frac{2}{2}

x = 1

Other method

2x-y =4

2x-4=y

Let x=1

2(1)-4=y

2-4=y

-2=y

Let x=2

2(2)-4=y

4-4=y

0=y

Let x=3

2(3)-4=y

6-4=y

2=y
