circmfrence of circle=22m
                         2πr=22
                           πr=22/2
                             r=11/π                    (π=22/7)
                             r=11/22/7
                             r=11×7/22
                             r=7/2 or 3.5m
area of circle=πr²
                     =(22/7)(7/2)²
                     =(22/7)(49/4)
                     =11×7/4
 area of circle=77/4m² or 19.25m²

Note  \pi = \frac{22}{7}

We know that,

Circumference of circle=2 \pi r

So,

2 \pi r=22

 \pi r= \frac{22}{2}

 \pi r=11

r=11* \frac{7}{22}

r=\frac{7}{2}

Area of circle= \pi  r^2

So,

\frac{22}{7}*\frac{7}{2}

\frac{22}{7}*\frac{49}{4}

 \frac{77}{2}= 38.5.cm^2
