Heya friend!!
Rajdeep here....

Radius (r) = 30 cm

We know, Area of a circle is  \pi  r^{2}
When value of  \pi is 3.14,
Area is 3.14 x 30 x 30
= 3.14 x 900
= 2826  cm^{2}

Hope this helps...

Thanks!
