Given :

Length of side of equilateral triangle = 2√3 cm

We know that :

Area of equilateral triangle = 3/4 (a^2)

  • Here, a = 2√3

 \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4}  {a}^{2}

 \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4} ( {2 \sqrt{3})}^{2}

 \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4} (4 \times 3)

3 \sqrt{3} \:  sq \: cm

Therefore , the area of given traingle is 33 sq.cm
