Find area of circle with radius 6 CM and also find its circumference length?

sagar10031: area of circle = π r ^ 2
sagar10031: circumference of circle = 2πr
sagar10031: area = 22 / 7 * 36
sagar10031: 792/ 7
sagar10031: 113.06

As we know area of circle = Πr²

= 3.14 * 6² = 113.04 cm²

Circumference length = 2Πr

⏩= 3.14 * 6 * 2

= 37.68 cm

Answer :

Given :

Radius = 6 cm

Let π = 3.14

\tt{Area \:of \:circle = \pi \: r{}^{2} }

\tt{Area \:of \:circle = \pi \: r{}^{2} }

\tt{ =3.14 \times 6 \times 6}

\tt{= 3.14 \times 36}

\tt{ = 113.04 \: cm {}^{2} }

Now,

\tt{Circumference = 2 π r}

\tt {= 2 \times 3.14 \times 6}

\tt{ = 12 \times 3.14}

\tt{ = 37.68 \: cm}

Hence,

Area = 113.04 sq. cm

Circumference = 37.68 cm.
