Given :- AB = 15 , BC = 20 , AD = 17 , CD = 26

Area of ∆ABC = 1/2 × B × H z

= 1/2 × 15× 20

Required Area = 150 cm²

Hypotenuse = ?

S²+S²= H²

15² + 20 ² = H²

H² = 625

H = 25

Hypotenuse = 25 cm

Area of ∆ ACD = ?

Formulae √S(s-a)(s-b)(s-d)

S = 17 + 26 + 25 /2

S = 34 cm

Now solve it according to the given eqn below

=√34(34-17)(34-25)(34-26)

= √17×17×3×3×2×2×2×2

= 204 cm²

Area of ∆ACD = 204cm²

Area of ∆ABC + ∆ACD = Area of ABCD

= 204cm²+150cm² = 354 cm²

Area of ABCD quadrilateral = 354cm²
