Area of rectangle = l×b
(2x+7) × (x -3)
2x+7 × x-3
(2x + x) × (7 - 3)
(3x) × (4)
3x × 4

lb=(2x+7) (x-3)
2xsquare-6x+7x-21
2xsquare+x-21
so,
2xsquare-6x+7x-21
2x(x-3) +7(x-3)
x=-7/2, 3
