The perimeter of the rhombus = 100 m.

Each side of the rhombus = 100/4 = 25 m.

One diagonal = 30 m. Half its length - 15 m

The other diagonal = 2*[25^2–15^2]^0.5 = 2*20 = 40 m.

Area of rhombus = 30*40/2 = 600 sq m.
