area of rectangle = l+

×b = 20×15= 300cm^2

area of square = a^2 = 5^2 = 25 cm^2

area of sector = ●/360×πr^2 = 90/360 × 22/7×5×5 = 1/4 × 22×25/7 = 78.5714286/4 = 19.6428572cm^2

area of shaded region = area of rectangle - (area of square + area of sector)

= 300cm^2 -( 25 + 19.6428572)

=( 300-44.6428572) cm^2

= 255.357143cm^2
