Area Of Shaded Region = Area of Rectangle - (area of 1st small rectangle + Area Of 2nd Small Rectangle

 \bf \: Area  \: of  \: 1st \: small \: Rectangle = 2(l + b) \\  =  > \bf  \:  2(19m  \:  +  \:10m ) \\  \bf  =  >  \: 38m \:  +  \:20m \\  =  >  \bf \: 58m

 \bf \: Area  \: of  \: Rectangle = 2(l + b) \\  =  > \bf  \:  2(15m  \:  +  \:8m) \\  \bf  =  >  \: 30m \:  +  \: 16m \\  =  >  \bf \: 46m

Area Of Shaded Region = Area of Rectangle - (area of 1st small rectangle + Area Of 2nd Small Rectangle

= 154m - (58m + 46m)

= 154m - 104m
