Find area of track whose circumference is 242 & 7m wide

Hello,
So it is a circular track.
c = 242 m.
width = 7 m.
π = 3.1415 = 22/7.
As c = 2πr
=> (c/2) = πr
=> 121 = πr
=> r = 121/(22/7)
=> r= (121 × 7)/22
Therefore radius = 38.5 m.

As A = πr²
=> A = (22/7) × 38.5 × 38.5
=> A = (22/7) × 1482.25
Therefore Area = 4658.5.
If π = 22/7, Area = 4658.5
If π = 3.1415, Area = 4626.626

So, 242 =
2\pi r
r = 38.5 m
Area =
\pi( r {}^{2}  - r1 {}^{2} )
Area =
22 \div 7 (38.5 {}^{2}  - 31.5 {}^{2})
Area =
22 \div 7 \times 7 \times 70
Area =
1540 \: m {}^{2}
