\Large{\textbf{\underline{\underline{According\:to\:the\:Question}}}}

Equation :-

2x + 5y = 13

5y = 13 - 2x

Hence,

{\boxed{\sf\:{y=\dfrac{13-2x}{5}}}}

Therefore,

When we put the value of x as (-1)

{\boxed{\sf\:{y=\dfrac{13-2(-1)}{5}}}}

{\boxed{\sf\:{y=\dfrac{15}{5}}}}

y = 3

When we put the value of x as (4)

{\boxed{\sf\:{y=\dfrac{13-2(4)}{5}}}}

{\boxed{\sf\:{y=\dfrac{5}{5}}}}

y = 1

When we put the value of x as (9)

{\boxed{\sf\:{y=\dfrac{13-2(9)}{5}}}}

{\boxed{\sf\:{y=\dfrac{-5}{5}}}}

y = -1

Three equations are :-

x = -1 , y = 3

x = 4 , y = 1

x = 9 , y = -1
