To make the denominator of both numbers equal-

1/2 = 3/6 = 18/36

1/3 = 2/6 = 12/36

The 5 numbers are-

13/36, 14/36, 15/36, 16/36 and 17/36.

The two fractions are 1/2 and 1/3.

First of all, we have to make the denominators equal in both fractions.

So, 1/2 = 1/2 × 3/3 = 3/6

and 1/3 = 1/3 × 2/2 = 2/6

But as we can see that there is no fraction between 3/6 and 2/6, we have to get the two fractions in such a way that there are 5 fractions between them.

So, 3/6 = 3/6 × 6/6 = 18/36

and 2/6 = 2/6 × 6/6 = 12/36

Hence, the fractions are 13/36, 14/36, 15/36, 16/36 and 17/36.
