Answer: BC = 24 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

area = 1/2*AD*BC = base*height

36 = 3 * BC/2

BC = 36*2 / 3 = 24 cm

Hi Mate!!!!

Given

Area of trangle ABC = 36cm² and AD = 3cm

Formula to calculate BC

AD = 2 ( Area of Trangle ABC ) / BC

=>

BC = 2 ( 36 cm² ) / 3cm

BC = 72cm / 3

BC = 24cm

So, length of BC = 24cm

Have a nice time.
