centre (-g,-f) of circle

we know the general equation of circle as

ax^2+by^2+2gx+2fy+c=0

now compare-

2g=-5. 2f=-6

g=-5/2 f=-3

(g,f)=(-5/2,-3)

for centre (-g,-f)=(5/2,3) is the centre.

for radius use the formula

r= square root of (g^2+f^2-c)
