For a co ordinate to be at y axis the x component should be zero. Let's assume that the point is (0,y).
We already have the point (8,-4) and distance 10
Now using distance formula,
10=[(-8-0)^2+(4-y)^2]^1/2....... which brings us to value of y= -2
Finally coordinates=(0,-2)

10=[(-8-0)^2+(4-y)^2]^1/2....... which brings us to value of y= -2
Finally coordinates=(0,-2)
