Hey friend,
Here is the answer you were looking for:

To find the cost, first let's calculate the area of triangle ( here with heron's formula):
let \: a \: be \: 16cm \\ b \: be \: 12cm \\ c \: be \: 20cm \\  \\ area \: of \: triangle =  \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}  \\  \\  lets \: calculate \: s \: (semi - circle)  \\  =  \frac{a + b + c}{2}  \\  \\  =  \frac{16 + 12 + 20}{2}  \\  \\  =  \frac{48}{2}  \\  \\  = 24cm \\  \\ area =  \sqrt{24(24 - 16)(24 - 12)(24 - 20) } \\  \\  =  \sqrt{24(8)(12)(4)}  \\  \\  =  \sqrt{24 \times 8 \times 12 \times 4}  \\  \\  =  \sqrt{9216}  \\  \\  = 96 {cm}^{2}  \\  \\ cost = area \:  \times 4 \\  \\  = 96 \times 4 \\  \\  = rs \: 984

So the cost is ₹984.

Hope this helps!!!
