find Cramer's rule..x+2y=-1;2x-3y=12​

Answer:

x+2y=-1;

2x-3y=12

x =  - 1 - 2y

Put x in -

2x - 3y = 12 \\ 2( - 1 - 2y) - 3y = 12 \\  - 2 - 4y - 3y = 12 \\  - 7y = 14 \\ y =  - 2

And,

x =  - 1 - 2y =  - 1 - 2 \times ( - 2) \\ x =  - 1 + 4 = 3
