Hey mate,

So, to calculate the current through theResistor, we need to know the Voltage across the Resistor and the Resistor value. I = V/R. If we measure the Voltage across the Resistorto be 10v and we know the resistor value, R = 10 ohms, then the current through theResistor is 10v./10ohms = 1Amp.
