=100*10^6
e(charge on one electron) =1.6×10^-19C
Time(t )=1 microsecond =1*10^-6 second
Now, current, I=Q/T
= I =n×e/t
=I=100×10^6× 1.6×10^-19/1×10^-6
=I=1.6×10^-5 A
= I=16mu A
