CSA = 2\pi rh \\ \\ = 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times \frac{14}{10} \times \frac{21}{10} \\ \\ = \frac{44}{7} \times \frac{14 \times 21}{100} \\ \\ = \frac{44 \times 21 \times 2}{100} = \frac{44 \times 21}{50} \\ \\ \frac{924}{50} = {18.48 \: cm}^{2}

TSA = 2\pi r( r+ h) \\ \\ = \frac{44 \times 14}{7 \times 10} (1.4 + 2.1) \\ \\ = \frac{44}{5} ( \frac{35}{10} ) \\ \\ = \frac{1540}{50} \\ \\ = {30.8 \: cm}^{2}
